I know, I know…I’ve been MIA. My job has kept me pretty busy. And, I’m not gonna lie….I’m just not feeling motivated for blogging.
My bestie, Robin, will be 21 weeks pregnant tomorrow! Over half baked! And I can’t wait to meet GraceLynn. It’s going to be so awesome having a little girl baby to spoil, since I have boy babies to spoil.
But I cannot lie….it’s taking a toll on me. I’m feeling the sadness at the same time I’m feeling the joy for her. I love planning her baby shower and such….I love shopping for girl clothes….I really do.
But at the same time, I can’t help but think will it ever be me? Will I get to adopt a child? Will I have a baby to bring home and call mine?
I think, deep down, I do want to be a mom. I was snuggling my friend’s son, Dakota, who is a few months old. It all seemed so natural.
I guess I have something else to discuss in therapy, huh?
On a happier note….
How have I never seen Labyrinth before? Oh wow….it’s amazing and I love it so. Oh, David Bowie….my heart beats for you!
Until I looked up a picture of him today…eek. Good thing I love my husband, because he’s stuck with me and much hotter than 2011 David Bowie :)
But this? Yes, please.
